Check-In & Tickets

Please check in at the registration desk on arrival to the GCCEC. Doors open from 8am on Wednesday and Thursday. For those coming to WFI Welcome Sundowners, you will be able to pick up your lanyard there.
You’ll just need your name for us to find your name badge. Please have your digital ticket handy in case we need to search for your ticket purchase.

If you have any changes to your plans or attendance – please email dimity@groevents.com.au so your tickets can be cancelled or changed.

Food & Drinks
Your Full Registration ticket includes:

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Wednesday
Morning tea and lunch on Thursday
Entry to the Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening at The Star from 6pm
Water stations and biodegradable cups will be supplied, please bring a reusable water bottle should you wish
And most importantly, coffee in the Exhibition Hall

If you submitted dietary preferences during registration, we’ve got you covered.

Broadbeach is ideally located just a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport or 1 hour drive from Brisbane Airport.

Gold Coast Airport is located approximately 26km from Broadbeach and serves both domestic and international arrivals. There are many convenient options to travel to and from Gold Coast Airport, including public transport, car hire and taxis.

Brisbane Airport is located approximately 90km from Broadbeach. There are many convenient options to travels to and from Brisbane Airport, including public transport, car hire and taxis.

Broadbeach is accessible via public transport from the Gold Coast or Brisbane centres.
