Advocacy work is centred around the abundant opportunities in agriculture for school leavers, with or without a tertiary education, and regardless of gender.
Currently developing a Lamb Trial Initiative with High Schools called Connect to Agriculture which gives students a realistic insight into the ethical, physical and monetary reality of producing lamb.

When farmers and industry leaders go unheard, others fill the silence, shaping perceptions and decisions that impact the future of agriculture. In this session panellists will explore the consequences of staying quiet, the opportunities that come from being proactive, and how agriculture can find its voice in the right places, with the right people, at the right time.
